Gushing Panda!
Almost clear golden copper topped with a lasting off white head, pretty strong head for a cider, but does thin in time.
Nose is earthy orchard, light funk, grains, hedgerow, apple skins.
Taste comprises apple core, straw, light funk, herb, trace of caramel.
Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying close.
Okay cider.

11/6/2025. Bottle courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear deep golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is medium sweet apple, apple skin, touch citric with a hint of marzipan. Moderate sweetness, mild bitterness and tartness. Medium body, lively sparkling carbonation. Drying tannic finish. Likeable.

500ml bottle from Ad Astra. Sparkling, golden colour, foamy white head and aroma of fruity apple, berry hint. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, fleshy, tart, with some bready notes and drying bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, medium dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
