Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, some core & skin, with alittle caramel, wood, funk and bittersweet tannin. Mediujm bodied, low carbonatik, drying tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Cider Incider, 28/05/23. Batch number IM1 ... Bottle #116/560. Clear golden copper with a good sized white cap as it goes for a cider ... carbonation well evident. Nose is crisp apple tannins, light wood, caramel, apple skins, light dungy farmy elements. Taste comprises tangy apples, orchard wood, tannins, light caramelisation, sugar dusting, apple core. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, big drying close. Solid stuff.
