Die spritzige Rezenz, die sich Dank der langen kalten Reifung in den Kellern entwickelt, hält sich lange im Glas. Bis zum letzten Schluck bleibt das Detmolder Pilsener feinperlig frisch.
Im Abgang hängt ein grasig-würziges Aroma angenehm lang nach und hinterlässt ein trockenes Mundgefühl, dass sofort Lust auf den nächsten Schluck macht.

Appearance: Yellow/amber, very little head. Aroma: Malty, hopsy. Taste: Malty and hopsy, but not too much. Fresh. Info: 330ml bottle, 6/2-2006

Bottled. Hazy golden, small head. Light grassy nose. Dry and light bodied, a bit harsh with really bitter finish. Decent, but anonymous.

Bottled. Colour is pale yellow and the head is white and small. Aroma is weeak hops. Flavour is malts and hops. Clean thing, but not very exceiting.

Bottle. Clear pale yellow color with a average frothy fair lacing mostly lasting white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, hay, corn ! light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light hoppy with a short duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat.

Würziger, frischer und fruchtiger Geruch, der sehr zum Trinken verleitet. Ein fruchtig-herbes Aroma breitet sich aus und bleibt dort lange Zeit. Der malzig-würzige Unterton bleibt noch lange, nach dem nichts mehr im Mund ist, bestehen. Zu den leckeren vollmundigen Aromen kommt noch eine Top-süffigkeit, die das Bier Überdurchschnittlich macht. (Bottle 33 cl) Very pale golden with a small, fine head leaving pretty laces. Lightly watery albeit both hops and malts are definitely present - they just don’t add much to the body. But rather fresh and quenching. 140401

Bottle Clear to pale blond body. White, frothy head. Nose of hops (citrus, melon). Moderately bitter flavour, nice hoppy. (Although a little bit watery.)

Swing-top bottle: Golden colour, medium sized white head; grassy, grainy musty nose; moderate bitter flavour, thin bodied, bitter, medical and metallic aftertaste; just another dull, drab and bland Pils......Repetition not necessary!

(bottle) Nice looking Pilsener with a clear golden body and a big frothy white head. Herbal hoppy nose with a touch of wet straw. Bitterhoppy flavour, slight malty start with a dry hoppy finish, that lasts a while. Definitely not the ultimate Pilsener but well-rounded and smooth enough to be enjoyable.

An orange beer with a huge white head. The aroma is primarily of straw. The flavor is very sweet with notes of straw, caramel, and hops. The end is quite bitter.
