BIAB at Eaglescliffe Beer Festival 2023. Pale gold colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of apple, spice, wood, rum. Taste is sweet, spiced, cinnamon, rum, apple, woody. Medium. bodied, low carbonation, warming spiced rum finish. Quite OK

Cider in a box at Blind Tiger. Barman said thus one is weird. Crystal clear very pale yellow color, still. Aroma is a cross between pumpkin spice ans Captain Morgans. Taste is sweet apple with a lightly spiced and floral edge. Interesting. Could be weirder

Box @ The Pub, Todmorden. Hazy yellow and sweet tasting, with a sticky-sweetness to proceedings. The rum is lightish but dominant and its spices are inoffensive. The sum of its parts makes this very taste.
