[ As Mikkeller 'Hop Shop' Hazy IPA ].
ABV: 4.9%. Murky matt medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, herbs, minerals, fruity hops, light citrus - grapefruit, light peach. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet fruit, wheat, minerals, herbs, fruity hops, stone fruit, bit borring. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Mild milky aroma, sour dough, hops, I almost get something similar to vanilla. hoppy fruity flavor, creamy texture, good use of hops, they balance the beer but it never gets close to bittersweet. Not very aggressively hopped in any way, but fairly drinkable and a NEIPA that tastes good. towards the end it is noticeable that it is in fact quite bitter, it is just hidden behind the milkshakey stuff going on. Very easy drinking, you can chug one of these alarmingly fast.
