440ml can from HOTM, York. Gluten Free. Golden colour, bubbly white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of malt, fruity, citrusy hops. Taste is malt, caramel, grain, tangy, fruity, grapefruit, pine and resiny hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Can picked up from www.drankgigant.nl, consumed at home Saturday 27th March 2021 we have Prawn Taquitos with Spicy Avocado Salsa and Smokey Stuffed Peppers for tea listening to a Jane Weaver - Flock. Pours hazy warm gold with a white head. Pleasant soft carbonation, I get pineapple (Loz doesn't), refreshing, pleasant if slightly restrained bitterness but then I remembered it's actually a Pale Ale and not an IPA. This is not amazing but it's a solid beer.

Can. Light haze on this slightly pale gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, good fine minerally crispness. Thin but reasonably sweet malts. Crisp piney hops. Crisp but light grapefruit over mild hop spice and a little orange peel. Light crisp finish. Another very quaffable beer from this brewery. Light but flavoursome.

Can in the garden, let’s start Easter early session, 8th April 2020. Pours clear, straw colour. Aroma is aromatic, floral, pine and citrus. Taste is floral, smooth, pine, light bitter, a little pith, tastes like there is Centennial in there. Very enjoyable pale ale.

A note for future Fergus: If you ever get to the Cloudwater Friends and Family backlog, don't feel bad that this is a duplicate rate. You bought this can before the festival list was even announced. It's a good beer and helped while away the corona isolation. Ca at home picked up from Beer Shop St Albans. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting white froth. Aroma is semi sweet, mixed tropical, mango, white grape, nice citrus edge. straw. Flavour is composed of light bready grains with a little straw, tart woody citrus, licks of pine resin, melon, background tropical. Decent hop bitterness kick, Palate is semi sweet, resinous, moderate carbonation. Really solid stuff.
