Can, cold. Gold with an inch of white head that lasts as a fat coat. Aroma is shyish with grain, apple peel, weedy hops. Tastes cruder than it smells - lots of apples, modest but crude weedy and earthy bitterness. Die Optik zeigt sich klar und goldgelb mit kaum sichtbarer Perlage. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone macht dabei einen wässerig-flaumigen und mäßig haltbaren Eindruck. In der Duftaromatik dominieren in erster Lini leicht säuerliche und fruchtig-weinige Noten. Hintergründig lassen sich ganz zarte Malz- und Hopfennoten wahrnehmen. Der Antrunk kommt frisch, weichspritzig und leicht süßlich bis zart fruchtig. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich ein mittelmäßiger Körper mit einer leichten Süße, zarter Malzigkeit, leicht fruchtig-weinigen Noten und grasigem Hopfenton, der aber kaum Herbe ins Spiel bringt. Das alles zusammen ergibt ein sehr einfaches und aromatisch wenig attraktives Gesamtbild. Mundgefühl und Süffigkeit sind dabe irgendwo im schwachen Mittelfeld zu platzieren. Im Nachtrunk fällt die leicht säurebetonte weinige Note am meisten auf, fällt aber relativ rasch ab. Fazit: Eiskalt im Sommer als rascher Durstlöscher vielleicht okay - mehr aber auch nicht.

From bottle at SBWF 2022. Poured clear light golden in color. Some cereal notes, faint hops and light sweetness. Weak flavors.

Can courtesy of Kostas, cheers mate 🙋🏽♂️ Had this at home Sunday 7th November 2021 after an 11km loop walk around Freising taking in Weihenstephan brewery taproom for a sneaky beer. Having this listening to Dinosaur Jr - Sweep it into Space and with a Beef Rendang already made in the slow cooker. Pours gold, good clarity with a white head. A little bit sweet and with the anticipated cereal edge, lacking a little crispness and hoppiness. However it's fine.
