A special brew on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of the brewery, first presented during the festival from August 21 to 25, 2003. It is brewed with the best ingredients and includes three times as many as a “simple” beer! This Tripel is “dry” with a fruity nose and, because of the Belgian hops, a long bittery aftertaste, which give this beer its full character. A heartwarming golden beer to enjoy quietly.

2005 bottle. Golden color, foramy head. Citrus and a hint of raspberry in the aroma. Malty, citric, hopbitter flavor with flowery and tofee notes lingering on in the aftertaste. Hint of dust. Alcohol is excellently hidden.

Limburg tripel with thick, off-white, mousse-like head and warm golden blonde colour, bit peachy, misty. Fruity profile, apple, peach, banana, explicit coriander, orange peel, floral hops; well-balanced, agreeable hop bitterness in the finish. Very decent, albeit stereotypical tripel.

Draft at Churchkey, 7/12/14. Pours a hazy orange color with a thin creamy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of honey, nuts, candi sugar, herbal hops. The taste is bready malt, herbal hops, spice. Medium bodied, boozy.

Light coriander. Comes together ok but some light astringency and disconnect here. Cloudy orange with ok head and lacing. A little high on booze aroma. Tap at Churchkey.
