Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, 29/09/13, as Bink Tripel. Lightly hazed golden with a big off white head that thins then retains. Nose is cereals, bitter orange, bready malt, grassy. Taste comprises caramel, toasted malts, dark fruits, tarte apricot, orange. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, balanced finish. Decent tripel, not overly sweet and cloying making for an easy drinking affair, the alcohol is well disguised.

Bottle @ RBESG grand (after) tasting. Clear yellow to orange color with small yeast particles in it, small white head. Smell malts, some typically tripel fruityness of orangepeel and some alcohol. Too highly carbonated, medium body. Another tripel like so many others.

Draught @ Gastropub Tuulensuu as ”Bink Tripel”. Rated on 21.12.2010 Aroma is somewhat fruity with some soapy citrus typical to tripels. Flavour is slightly tart with soapy citrus, some apricot and hints of warming alcohol. A tripel easy to forget.
75 cl bottle vintage 2005 @ Pikkulintu
Aroma has apricot, some cardboard and caramel. Old feeling here. Flavour has caramel, toffee, apricot and slight cardboardy notes. Around 3.5 still.

75cl bottle @Kaisla, Helsinki, labeled Bink Tripel. Poured hazy orange with a thin white head. Arom had earthyness, light spicyness and hops. Flavor had hops, earth and light fruityness. Very dry finish. Good balance but overall quite a dull beer.
