Can (one of those ones gins come in) from Utobeer, Borough. Aroma is tart and vinegary, albeit with a sweet berry streak. Dark brown. Opaque Thin beige head. The flava matches the aroma. Vinous. Red vines. Fruit vinegar. Tart but fruit. Latent booze. Medium bodied. Slick. Flat-average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Lovely stuff. A perfect accompaniment to own brand Frazzles.

Nice tart punchy sour with a great malty body. Lots of lacto sharpness, puckering, but very well made. Beer temple ams

Can. Ruby-brown beer with a low tan head. Tart and berry aroma with dark fruit. Sour and berry flavor with oak. Medium bodied. Sour and light acetic notes linger with oak and berry.

Can at home, 1st October 2021. Pours a dark red brown, with a reddish tinged white head. Aroma is tart berry, acidic, barrel, vineous. Taste is intense as normal for Cascade, tart berry, musty, earthy, barrel, tangy, full. Excellent

8.45 oz baby can. Aroma has notes of plum, cherry, vinegar, wood, vanilla, cinnamon. Pours hazy deep dark red to brown with a one finger beige head with decent retention. Taste is highly sour (9/10) with jammy and oaky flavors. Delicious.
