Big barleywine boiled for over 2 and half hours to give toffee and caramel notes. Fermented with a custom ester forward blend of yeast and aged for a year in Sazerac Rye barrels. Hopped with Endeavour and Challenger hops.

Can sourced from Beerdome and drunk at home (31/07/2021) New Scottish brewery ✅ - pours a hazed dark amber with a off white head. Sweet and light toasted malty with lots of sweet toffee and caramel notes, dried fruit shred, brown sugar, medium to full bodied, whisky kissed wooden accents coalesce into the sweet lingering malty close. Great BW.

can at home... feb 2021... copper brown... thin tan lacing... soft sweet caramel sweet oily fruit nose... big sweet juicy fruits... big big sweet fruits... oily Caramelised fruits...big sticky fruits... sweet sticky toffee. Light orange Caramel

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep amber with decent lacing. Nose - wood, booze and marmalade. Taste - booze, wood and dried orange peel. Palate - full bodied with a sweet middle. Good linger. Overall - yes, good.

Can from Appellation Wines. Pours light hazy amber brown with a thin white head. Aromas of light acetone, marmalade, spicy booze esters. Taste is woody, boozy, more orange. Warming finish.
