Golden copper topped with a thin just off white head that escapes to the edge.
Nose is biscuit, herb, dull fruits, toasted grains.
Taste comprises fruit slice, sultanas, hint of caramel, bready notes, straw.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Okay if lacking depth for the ABV.

1/11/2025. Can at the ITFC beer share. Bought direct from the brewery. Good pour. Aroma is toffee, biscuit, mild Christmas spices. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Liked this.
