Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der ilm and consumed at home Sunday 12th January 2025 listening to Lambrini Girls - Who Let The Dogs Out after helping Loz prepare a Beef in Red Wine meal. We did a wonderful Snowshoe hike near Dreisessel and Tri-border area yesterday. Pours amber with a little haze and a white head that rapidly departed, btw this is the Weihnachtsfestbier bottle. Easy drinking Festbier, light to no hoppiness detected, a bit of caramel. Not really much to write home about.

0,5 l bottle as Weihnachts-Festbier. Dark clear copper with a more than one finger pale beige head. Malty grain with caramel on the nose. Taste is also malty grainy, mid roasted. Increasing caramel in the second part. Spicy, bready, some sweetness. Low carbonation. Malty bitterness in the aftertaste. Nice.

Hetzelsdorfer Weihnachts-Festbier, Flasche von Grabsch, Berlin-Lichterfelde. - Kupfergoldbraun, klar; schwache Schaumbildung. (15.12.2020.)

Copper color, frothy head. Only slight malt and peacharoma. Hopbitter flavor with peach fruit. Medium bodied and, off course, malty. Lovely beer with both bite and drinkability, well balanced.

Bottle thanks to ErlangerNick. Prost. I guess this is the Marzen as this is labelled. Clear Brown amber colour lasting beige head. Some hop on the aroma. Some bread. Some orange fruit and seeetish fruit. Very good in the mouth my kind of beer. Toffee but dry and good peppery hop. Excellent
