14° IPA
Osvěžující IPA s ovocně sladkou chutí zralého žlutého melounu, pomela, citrusů a pomerančové kůry, doprovázená lehkou vůní lesních jahod. Střední tělo a nižší říz se skvěle doplňuje s příjemně doznívající hořkostí amerických chmelů Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic a Simcoe.

0.75l bottle from Drinkshop.sk, shared with Ales. Aroma is citrusy, yeasty, herbal and mild tropical fruity. Pours cloudy dark golden color with large soapy white head and great lacing. Taste starts juicy citrusy and yeasty, following is grainy and herbal, mouthfeel is smooth but dry, while finish is heavy bitter. Medium body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. Hoppy bomb…

Golden colour, mediumsized white fluffy head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild sweet malts with a bit grainy tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, some nectary and mild herbal tones with a bit of spruce tips to it. Fruity and rather juicy aftertaste.

Tap at Salon piva. Mostly clean, light doughy yeastiness present. High bitterness, low sweetness. Could use more hops aromtics, there is assertive zesty, grassy hops character, a bit of hop burn, but could use a bit more soft aromatics. Nevertheless good.
