Světlý spodně kvašený speciál. Klasické české pivo s lahodnou plností, vyváženou chmelovou chutí, jemným řízem a zlatavou barvou. Vyšší, ale lahodná hořkost piva, je dosažena trojitým dávkováním chmele. Klasické hlavní kvašení a dlouhé zrání dodávají pivu vyrovnanou chuť a pitelnost.

Draft at Hetedik Lépcső, Budapest @ 5%. Poured an unclear medium amber colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, somewhat rich, herbal, earthy, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Bottle from Pivotéka DBK. Misty orange body, off-white head, gone fairly fast. Malty, bit minerally aroma, light herbal notes, later even flowery. Minerally taste, typical of Zlatá kráva's lagers recently (always?), some trace caramelly undertones, but seems to have leaned out, some pleasant herbal notes. 13° ending up at 4.5% somehow didn't give it an overly sweet body, I guess countered by the water profile and the hops. But it's smooth enough. Okay overall, nothing stellar, nothing memorable, but a good beer to spend the first half of Hajduk U19's away UEFA Youth League game with Borussia Dortmund.

Malty and herbal aroma. Cloudy deep gold body; thick persistant white head. Malty, caramely, herbal, spicy. Sweeter malty body and bitter herbal finish. Good bohemian pils. 0,7 l, bottle, brewery pub, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).
