Appearance: cloudy pale yellow decent white head. Aroma and taste: rather dry, bready, somewhat phenolic. Light hopping. Hoppy aftertaste. Mouth feel: light to medium body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: OK.

Bottle @Birrifugio Trastevere (Rome). Dorata torbida, opalescente, schiuma bianca media molto persistente. Al naso sentori di esteri, banana, pesca, di fieno e frumento. In bocca è dolce ma non stucchevole, discretamente bilanciata. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Non male per una weisse.

500 ml bottle. Hazy Dark yellow orange, big foamy head. Clove, estery notes, some banana, some lactose and salt. Very mild taste, no bitterness, minimum sweetness. Milky texture, medium bodied, lively carbonated, acidic dry finish. Very nice Weißbier!

Many thanks for this BIO beer to kevnic2008. Swing-top bottle. Metnosc srednia, a jak na pszenice dosc mala, mala tez piana. Aromat sredni, trawiasty lekko sosnowy i bananowy. Smak gozdziki, banany i morele. Wszystko to smaczne ekologiczne ale ciut za malo wyraziste i za malo tresciwe, zbyt delikatne piwo ale przez to dla niektorych pijalne, he, he:)
