(draught at the brewpub) Hazy, murky amber colour with a medium-sized slightly off-white foamy head. Dusty, light-sweet and yeasty malty aroma, slightly nutty with a touch of herbal hops. Sweetish flavour, slim bodied. A bit unripe yeasty and malty taste; medium-dry, sweet-bitter malty finish with traces of hops. Tastes like a mediocre unfiltered Dunkel (03.10.06).
