Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Clean malty nose with grassy hops. Medium body, quite some hops and sulphur. Bitterish finish. Surprisingly bitter for a Helles. 160112

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours clear and pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and slight cornish. Bitter, cornish and light grassy. Medium sweet and cornish finish.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear medium to dark yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, hay, toasted, moderate to light heavy hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111013]

Swing top. Bought at a gas station near Chiemsee lake. Clear yellow with white head & OK lacings. Aroma is sour hay/grass. Thin grainy mouthfeel with a dry bitter end. Just drinkable! Re-rate 2012. Sulfur, grain and grassy hops. Smooth with a pleasant dry bitterness. 2,6 - 3,2

Ein mittelhopfiger Antrunk bekommt im Mittelteil noch einen süßen Touch. Im Nachgeschmack leicht malzig. Schwer zu entscheiden, es ist ein sehr einfaches Bier, wohl eher zum Saufen geeignet, wobei die wenig vorhandenen Aromen wiederum gefallen. Test vom 21.12.2005 Noten: 13,10,12,8,9,10 - 10,25

(swing top bottle) Pale and slightly hazy golden colour with a small frothy white head. Sweet and malty aroma with a touch of wet straw and bread. Good balance between the initial malty sweetness and the dry but soft bitterness in the finish. A quaffable Helles.
