coffee sourness and bitterness, lots of roasted malts, lacto like note - a well roasted milk stouty aroma.a bit more dry than sweet.

flavor is roasted malts, brown sugar, the end has some coffee bitterness, faint milky sweetness, texture is super smooth and velvety.

a very good milk stout, very well balanced , the bitter coffee ending is super nice.

Lattina. Un arco olfattivo dominato da orzo tostato, caffè e cioccolato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata, permanendo in maniera apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, pane, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso e agrumi.

Cask at Sindie, 5/4/24. Dark, with an ashen-tan head. Large and well-retained. Moderate lactose with plentiful roast gives lots of chocolate character. Clean. Soft, malty, good acidity, lots of dark and milk chocolate. Clean and dry, balanced. Alder seems like an awesome brewery.

Canned, huge thanks Ryan for bringing this and sharing with us! VEry dark brown body, blackish, off-white head. Caramel, cocoa and raisins in the aroma, spot on style-wise. Cocoa-driven taste, more, caramel, light roastiness, soft, pleasant, light. It is exactly what it says it is!

Can 0.44l, many thanks to boys from Luppolo 12. Literally black. AROMA- roasted, earthy, coffee, chocolate, pralines, nougat, nuts. FLAVOR- silky, slightly sweet, moderately bitter, coffee, cappuccino, marshmallows, nougat, pralines. Medium bodied. Really good.

Canned at Ma Che Siete, Rome. Black with tan head. Chocolate, milk, cocoa, sweetish. Tad watery, easy drinkable. Some bitterness in finish. Medium bodied. Solid.
