Ve Foggy Morning jsme zaexperimentovali s přidáním většího množství cryogenicky zpracovaného blendu chmelů Cryo pop do whirpoolu. To vytváří vyšší komplexnost chmelových chutí díky biotransformaci při bouřlivé části fermentace. V tanku jsme poté ke Cryo Popu připojili ještě trojici mdoerních aromatických chmelů Citra Cryo, Strata a Galaxy, které by se svými různojakými vlastnostmi měli postarat o opravdu rozmanitou chuť, u které věříme, že se bude odlišovat od našich klasických piv tohoto stylu.
With Foggy Morning, we experimented with adding more cryo processed Cryo Pop hop blend to the whirlpool. This creates a higher complexity of hop flavors due to biotransformation during the initial part of the fermentation. In the tank, we then dry-hopped with a trio of aromatic hops Citra Cryo, Strata and Galaxy to Cryo Pop, which with their different properties should provide a really diverse taste, that we believe will be different from our classic interpretations of this style.

Draught @ Panema, Helsinki. Juicy, fresh tropical fruity and citrusy with hints of stingy bitterness and pine. Pretty balanced

Vycap pivarnicka. Vôňa ananásovo mandarínkova. Farba kalná žltá. Chuť trosku sklamanie. Začína horkostou, ktorá zabíja všetky chute. Taky horkasto ovocný priebeh.

Shared bottle at BBT 1/2023. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma of citrus hops, typical aroma of this brewery, zest, pines. Taste is hop centered, with grapefruit, zest, light pines. Medium bodied beer.

Can shared at BBT 2/2023. Med-thin body, medium carbonation. Med-light sweetness, light oaty creamy mouthfeel. Med-high bitterness, med-light zestiness. Lots of citrusy hops character, slightly exotic. Light sweetness. Easy drinking, feels like a good IPA while also being a bit juicy. Very good.

Tap at Kulový Blesk. Murky yellow body tinged with orange, off-white head. Tropical aroma with some banana esters and vague citric touches. Creamy pineapple-citric soft taste, some esters in the finish, no bitterness. Tasty enough, though not stunning.

Can 0.5l. Hazy, pale gold colored. AROMA- juicy mix of citruses and tropical fruit, malt, oats, floral. FLAVOR- neutral to dry, moderately bitter, juicy, fruity, malt, meadow grass, gooseberry and bubble gum at the bottom. Medium bodied. Really fresh tasty NEIPA.

Can. Lighter version of nectar of happiness? I guess I have to buy both cans and compare them one by one. Fair enough is this one. Even though it has not the heights in body.
