Vánoční spodně kvašený speciál polotmavé barvy. Při vaření jsme použili med od včelaře z Kutné Hory, který nám vnuknul myšlenku tohoto piva. Předal nám pár receptů medového piva z 18. stolení, a tak vznikla první a jedinečná várka krásně pitelného piva. Chuť lehce medová s nádechem sušenek s příjemným řízem. Použité slady Plzeňský a Honey Malt.

Tap at Zlatá Kráva Bandaska with Matija K. Shiny coppery amber body, thick off-white head. Malty, honeyish aroma, some herbs as well. Lean body, sweetish, soft honey notes - with that big herbal profile that has to come from the honey, quite intriguing really. Bitterish, herbal finish. Not bad, but the finish gets a bit, well, non-moreish.

# 2706; 1/2022. Strong aroma of herbs, honey, caramel. Deep copper body; thick persistant off-white head. Bitter-sweet, honey, caramel, malt, bitter herbs. Interesting flavored semi-dark beer. 0,5 l, draught, brewery pub, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).

30.12.2021 - on tap at kmp in budweis. pours a clear deep chestnut with a small head, low carbonation. aroma of sweet roasted malts, spices, honey. flavour of the same, toffee, grass, bittersweet finish. rather full body. an interesting variation on typical dunkel/christmas beer.

Zu Weihnachten passt natürlich immer ein Honigbier, das etwas stärker ist. So auch dieses Bierchen, das ich vom Fass genießen konnte. Es ist ein süffiges, gemütliches Starkbier, das aber nicht so stark wie mancher Bock ist. Ein gefälliges Feierabendbier für kalte Tage draußen. Hat mir gut gefallen.
