Zimsko is our wintery beer. This year we brewed bock, a strong, dark brown pour with our special take - snowflakes sprayed by a dragon "Pozojček Zimsky"

Three types of malt, three hops - Mandarina bavaria, Hallertau blanc & Styrian wolf.

Can from Pomalo Split. Hazy amber body, off-white head. Light, atypical hop-driven aroma - vaguely citric, orange, coconut and wood, some maltiness. Sweet, malty taste, interesting dry coconut and woody hoppy notes, solid dry bitterish finish. Interesting, hoppier bock, but not a beer I'd have more than one of.

Canned 500ml. -from Spicy Days Zagreb. Darker golden coloured, medium sized white to off-white head, malty nose. Malty, caramel, nutty and herbal with moderate bitter finish.

0.5 l can at Spicy Days, Zagreb. Clear darker golden, small head. Malts, caramel, spices. Mineral. Quite bitter. Medium body, smooth. Caramel, light toffee touch. Dry finish.
