Beer No. 104 on my tour through Austria, Germany and Denmark.
Bottled 330ml. -from the bottle in Calimeros night club, Bamberg. Moderate malty, cardboard and vegetables with rather sweetish watery finish. Not good. Maybe I’ll have to try it again and re-rate.

Bottle looks quite simple. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts hoppy and dry, a bit metallically. Finish milder, modest sourish, still bitter. Not my favourite.

Golden with a big white head. Aroma of malt, grain, hay and a bit of DMS. Dryish with malt and herbal hop flavour, decent bitterness, and a bit of DMS. A touch of alcohol in the finish

Draft. Clear, light gold body. Fizzy, white head. Aroma of bread, hay, grass, flowers, The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Nice, crisp and clean flavor. Not overly complex, but nothing offensive. In fact, this is easy drinking. Would have preferred the hops to be a little less delicate in the bitterness, but that’s just my taste. Solid.

Gold-straw colour. Slightly grassy aroma and character and a fairly mild pils, albeit with some slight herbal dryness in the finish.

Draught at a Pizzeria in Bamberg. Clear golden, small head. Grassy spicy nose. Dry with clean rounded mouthfeel. Grainy with straightforward character and long resiny bitterness. Simplistic, but not bad.
