Den Einstieg in einen verregneten 🌧️, aber bierigen 🍺 Nachmittag in Brünn machte dieses Bier.
Es ist ein feines Zwölfgrädiges mit schönen brotig-getreidigen Aromen gepaart mit einer ordentlichen Süffigkeit 🌊.

Tap at brewery. Pale golden color with huge white head. Aroma is mainly yeasty, malty, light hops. Taste is malty, yeasty, moderate hoppy. Not bad, but Born is far more drinkable.

(tap 0,5l @ brewery) Overall: Good, bitter, quite light aroma. Aroma: Light sweet, light diacetyl, light neutral hoppy. Appearance: Clear golden. Persistent white head. Taste: Light sweet, medium bitter, light malty, hoppy. Palate: Medium body. Bitter finish.

Tap at the brewpub, thx Paul! Golden body, white head. Bit of wild herbs in the aroma, oniony and lightly fruity. Lean, grainy taste, hops present but not as developed as in the aroma, ends dry and lightly astringent. Interesting enough, but wasn't that huge a fan.

Tap at the brewpub. Medium body, med-high carbonation. Med-high bitterness, background sweetness. I like the balance much better than their Born. Also the hops is center of character here, moderate spicy herbal presence, slightly zesty. Only light cellar yeasty character. Easy drinking, good.

From tap @ Brew Pub HARRY in Brno. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is pale gold, light hazy. Aroma is malty, citrus, floral, bready, spicy, bit herbal. Taste is medium malty base, bit herbal, citrus, bready, nice balanced harmonic bitterness, soft carbonation, easy drinkable, fully enjoyed.

Tap at the source in Brno-CZ. Clear and bright golden color, tick-creamy white foam. Nose: OMG how much hops in here? There is this crazy dunk-pellet aroma a bit disturbing and covering everything. Mouth: again, no balance. Flawless beer, even decent…but all this mass of hops is mad.
