(bottle) Clear, chestnut brown colour with a beige medium-sized foamy head. Mildly bready dark malty aroma with notes of caramel, as well as hints of molasses, sugar beet and traces of dried fruits. Sweet and delicately flavour, medium to full bodied with a soft carbonation. Dark malty taste with notes of bread, caramel, dried fruits, such as raisins and a whiff of molasses; sweet but not cloying malty finish with notes of caramel and a muted alcoholic strength. Bottle 330ml.Clear medium red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, bread - dark bread, caramel, brown sugar. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, caramel, bread, dark malt, alcohol warm. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20120317]

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear deep amber with tiny off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, fruit and toffee. Flavour is malt, caramel, fruit, medium sweet, toffee, nutty with notes of alcohol.

Bottle @ Mid March Tasting, Ulfborg 2012. Pours ruby amber with a small bubbly head. Caramel, bread and fruit. Sweet. Full bodied.

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Dark copper with a small off-white head. Malty aroma with some grass and grain. Very sweet caramelly malty flavour with some dried fruit overtones and a dark/roasty finish
