Bügelverschlußflasche: Cloudy, golden to orangey coloured, stable, firm yellowish head; ripe bananas and cloves in the nose, together with a subtle acidity; quite light bodied, moderate sweet-sourish flavour; sweetish-wheaty finish with a light acidity and distinctive hoppy traces in the aftertaste. Reasonable thirst-quencher........

Bottled. a golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with light notes of banana and caramel. The flavor is sweet with light notes of banana and cloves, leading to a dry wheaty finish where the banana note lingers.

Hefig-spritziger Antrunk, leicht herb, sehr angenehm. Test vom 6.5.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,12,11,11,10,12 - 11,50

The bottle looks not so good, too less labels. The beer in the glass is much better. Tastes modest fruity, not penetrating, well balanced finish. Good hefeweizen!
