Blonde with yeast floating. Light hoppy aroma with the slightest hint of pear. Firm hopbitter flavor with vanilla and a touch of yeast. Hint of citrus. Surprisingly good!

30cl Bottle from Burg Bieren, thanks Harmen! Hazy amber-brown colour, off-white head. Aroma of toffee, nuts, malts, hint of honey, soft spiciness. Flavour is sweet, malty, toffee/caramel, malts, yeast, light-bitter finish. Light-bodied. OK.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium to dark orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light to moderate hoppy, grass, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity yeast, candy sweet yeast, light spicy hops - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120317]

Bottle @ Mid March Tasting, Ulfborg 2012. Pours clear copper with fizzy white head. Nose is yeast, straw and fruit. A bit of vegetables and rubber. Medium bodied.

bottle, donated by Bierkoning - Thanks a lot! Hazy brownish golden colour, mid-sized head. Robust malty base with a grainy caharcter, reminding me of German Vollkornbread (wholemeal bread) with shy hints of forest berries and a nice hoppy finish that adds a touch of fruity hops.
