A hoppy ale brewed with a classic malt bill of 2-row, a touch of crystal malt and fermented with clean finishing American yeast strain. Hopped with a blend of Cascade and Amarillo which lend notes of grapefruit juice, orange pith and fresh cut pine.

Pint pours a clear, burnt orange with some sudsy white head. Nose has crackers, malt, some orange, some soap. Flavors are mostly cracker and malt and honey and citrus. Medium bodied, lightly bitter. Ok.

Tap at Beergeek. Clear shiny coppery body, off-white head. Big crystal caramelly maltiness, raisin, fruity hops. Caramelly and berry jam taste, citrus jelly. Actually lean and drinkable enough, not sweet at all. Just works!
