Pours a dark red, with a small pink head. Aroma is just straight up raspberry syrup, nothing more. Very sweet, like artificial sweetener sweet. There is a weird wet paper thing also going on with this cloyingly sweet raspberry syrup note. Not my bag.

Clear pale purple/red with some white froth. Aroma of pippy raspberries and hints of malt. Taste wise this is decent for a radler - the fruit element is semi-tart and has a good freshness. The pale malts are notable and there are some light hops. Tasty one.

Clear pinkish-red with a swiftly diminishing pinky-cream head and a light fizz. Fresh raspberries and raspberry cordial to the fore. Sweetish, but there's a light raspberry tartness too. The beer shows itself only as a mild bitterness in the finish, which does help balance it all out and keep it very drinkable.. Refreshing and tasty, this is very decent for a radler.

Im Glas findet sich klares Himbeerrot mit sehr grober Perlage wieder. Die leicht pinkstichige, feinporige Schaumkrone zeigt sich dabei wässerig-flaumig und mäßig gut haltbar. Der Duft wird von zuckerig-fruchtigen Himbeernoten, die an Himbeerkracherl erinnern, dominiert. Der Antrunk kommt frisch, sehr spritzig und sehr süß, fruchtig-saftig himbeerig. Auch hier dominiert das Aroma von Himbeerkracherl. Der Körper zeigt sich typisch limoartig mit hoher Rezenz und relativ hoher Süße. Geschmacklich und aromatisch lässt die hohe Rezenz nicht viel zu - außer dass es typisch limonadig ist und sehr einem Himbeerkracherl ähnelt. Der relativ hohen Süße stellt sich eine entsprechend hohe Kohlensäure entgegen, die für den nötigen Frischefaktor sorgt. Bierige Noten sucht man leider vergebens. Zwar schmeckt dieses Getränk sehr gut und natürlich, aber leider vermisse ich zumindest den Hauch von Bier. Im Nachtrunk löst sich die Rezenz langsam auf und von der beerigen Fruchtnote bleibt auch nicht viel über. Immerhin wirkt die Süße nicht unangenehm nach. Mein Fazit: Auch wenn das Produkt grundsätzlich sehr gut ist, trinke ich lieber ein Himbeerkracherl, bevor ich ein Biermischgetränk zu mir nehme, welches in keiner Phase an Bier erinnert.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear light reddish pink with a small, creamy white head. Light to medium sweet flavour with simple sugary raspberry character. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Sweet finish but not cloying, more lightly jammy raspberry. Tasty radler.

Can from Beers of Europe. Pours clear red with a thin pink-tinged white head. Aromas of raspberry and lemon. Taste is more of the same. Is what it is I guess.
