330 ml. bottle @ home. Purchased @ Willems & Zoon. Commissioned for a bar apparently. Label suggest chilling the beer for 4 hours before drinking, okay. BBF 11/2017. Light hazy sparkling golden, egg-white, chemical small white head. Nose is sweet weird chemical faint bitterness, odd yeast, sweet unpleasant plaster lemon, very chemical heavy with a big dash of yeast. Taste is bitter unpleasant chemical bitterness, plaster, fizzy, yeast, unpleasant heavy chemical bitter & washing powder taste and nothing else. Yeasty is a touch heavy & it is overly carbonated. Def. not a fan of this overly chemical & washing powder tasting brew.

Pours clear blonde good white head. Smell is bit sweet, rather heavy on the yeast side. Taste is bitter, intense yeastyness, some malts as well as a dry aspect from them, some sweet sidenotes. Not too bad, actually. I always wonder how and why if I am this far off of the average ratings,... But i can only say what I taste and think right?

Bouteille 33cl de et partagée avec Tderoeck. BB 01/16?
