(Keg at Tap & Table, as TT Pilsner, 2025059) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, honey and mildly metal. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, metal, honey and bitterness. Aftertaste had grain and bitterness. A nice and clean grassy brew with good bitter finish.

500ml bottle as Fritzens Brauerbier (labelled as a helles). Pours clear gold with a small white head. Aroma is grain, biscuit, lemon and grass. Taste is light sweet, grain, crackers. Light bitter finish. Light bodied.

500ml bottle [as Pilgerbier Pils]. Clear, orangey, dark golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Mellow malty aroma, minimally fruity, hoppy counterpart with a touch of fruit parings, green apple. Taste is mildly bitter and minimally fruity hoppy, a touch of green apple, minimally spicy, pale malty basis. Light and slightly watery.

Hay aroma. Malty flavor with hay and just a bit of hopbitterness. Pineapple. Light bitter aftertaste.
