Die helle Freude! Helle Malze, die dezente Hopfung, sowie die lange Lagerung verleihen unserem Hell seinen milden Charakter.

Milder Antrunk, leicht getreidig. Im weiteren Verlauf noch schwächer, etwas muffig. "Spritzig und frisch" wie auf dem Etikett verkündet sich nicht! Test vom 17.4.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,6,5,2,10,4 - 4,95

Swing-top bottle: Pale golden coloured with a small, lacing white head; fruity citrousy nose, a bit grainy; extremely mild sweetish flavour, watery, empty MF; short, nearly non existant aftertaste, a bit more bitter than spring water. For those, who are afraid of taste.......

(swing top bottle) Pale yellow colour with a small foamy white head. Citric hoppy aroma with a tinge of malts. Clean and crispy taste of malts with a soft bitter short hoppy finish, but unfortunately way too thin. Not really bad at all but rather a brew you might enjoy during a stop over at the airport or a train station (when there´s no other stuff to get [& on a sunny day {& in a good mood}]).

Bottle. Lightly sweet malt and light hops aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Mildly sweet but strong barley malt flavor with mild grass/hay hops finish. Nice body. The best German lager I have ever tasted - one of the few I would drink again.
