Haake-Beck Pils zeichnet sich durch seinen feinherben und frischen Geschmack aus.
Gradlinig und authentisch wirkender, norddeutscher Pilstyp. Blanke, hellgelbe Farbe. Ordentlich sauberes Schaumgefüge. Schöne Hopfennote, mit einem Hauch Zitrus. Schlank und frisch im Antrunk. Ausgewogen herb und trocken im Ausklang. Eines der beliebtesten Pilsbiere Norddeutschlands.
Haake-Beck Pils passt besonders gut zu Wildgerichten, Muscheln, würzigem Käse, Pasta, vegetarischen Gerichten und kräftig gewürzten Speisen und eigent sich als Aperitif.

From bottle. Malt, metal, bread. Dry metallic bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry metallic malty bitter finish. Average Northern German Pils.

Bottle 0,33 ltr: Clear golden coloured brew with an nicely dry bitter taste with lightly hints of lemon and caramel, also with gentle grassy aroma.

30/12/2023. Bottle shared at CLBF. From Norwich Arts Centre fundraiser following World Beer Awards. Pours clear pale golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy, grainy, citrus. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, a little watery and fizzy. Nice bitterness to finish. Actually not bad.

From can with Terje on the Kiel Canal North East of Brunsbüttel 11.07.23. Clear golden. Bright white head and lacing. Fine pilsner aroma and taste of pilsner malt and floral and grassy noble hops. Refreshing!

Bottled. Yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grassy, grainy, some metallic elements along with some rubber. Flavour is rubber, metallic and some grassy and herbal notes. A bit harsh bitterness.
