Brewery tap. Slight soapy, malty aroma. Full bodied, almost thick and sweet. Slight bitter finish. The emphasis is on the malt and, as the Germans call it vollmündigkeit (thickness in the mouth). Re-rate (again brewery tap) Malty aroma with a hint of rubber, malty flavor with a hint of licorice. Some late hopbitterness, especially in the aftertaste. During a visit in september 2009 the beer had a lot of diacetyl.

Rating from 2010:

Bottled. Orangeish amber colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, mild grass as well as some slight easrthy notes. Flavour is rather malty with some slight grassy notes as well. Some earthy and herbal notes as well. A quite pleasantly balanced brew.
