Dark Knight is the second beer in the core range (fixed range) of BramBrass, after the Rik & Raf triple. This time it is a copper-brown quadruple. Despite its complexity, the beer is also smooth drinkable. This combination makes it dangerous to run into the man with the hammer, because the beer has an ABV of 10%. The beer tastes malty with sweet notes of dates, figs and caramel and a long, soft finish.

330 ml bottle. Pours a bright brown color with lightish head. Aromas of copper, raisins, candi sugar, and toasted malts. Flavors follow same with red berries and oak. Pretty much on style. Good stuff.

33cl bottle from Spar Oostende in Belgium. F: medium, tan, quick gone. C: coppery, bit hazy. A: malty, mellow fruity, caramel, apples, banana, berries. T: full malty base, berries, caramel, apples, banana, bit bready, mellow fruity, spicy, toffee, bit warming alcohol, bit weak bitterness yet 20 IBU so more on the sweet side for me, soft carbonations, enjoyeable.
