(draught at the brewpub) Hazy, deep golden colour with a medium-sized off-white foamy head. Slightly milky and yeasty cara-malty aroma with notes of pears and herbal spicy hops. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Cara-malty and slightly fruity taste with herbal hoppy spice in the background; moderately sweet malt-accented finish with a delicately hoppy bitterness. Balanced and moreish Franconian Lager. 25.X.11

Draught: Deep golden, hazy, lazy carbonation, beaten egg-white-like foam; fruity pale-malty nose with light herbal-hoppy traces and presumably hints of smoke(?); light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, very soft; fruitiness (bananas) in the sweet-bitter finish. Nice brew.........
