Hazy amber with a small off white head. Aroma had wheat, yeast and bananas. Flavor had yeasty, wheat and bananas. Finished dry.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry estery and wheaty. Dry wheaty and estery. Mild bitter and dry finish. Plain.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, malt, and straw, leading to dry wheaty finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy golden with a dense white head. Sweet banana nose. Medium body, sweet banana, yeast and some phenols. Ends soft and smooth. 110910

bottle (Porúří!) Deep golden colour, cloudy, large and fluffy head. Malty and yeasty with very shy fruity flavours. Shy hints of banana and citrus fruit. Pleasant wheaty overall-character.

Bottle: Golden to deep golden, small creamy white head; clovey and lemony nose with a touch of necrotic yeast or glue underneath; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; sweetish lemony-fruity finish with a tinge of tartness in the very end. No materpiece, but tolerable.........

Re-rate from bottle: Cloudy orange-yellow, tanned big lacing head. Spicy dry aroma, flawor on the dry wheatcake side, vanilla retronasal. Mellow mothfeel, sparkly dry on the palate. Pleasant quenching wheat. Old rating: 6 2 6 3 10 Bottle, thanks pivnizub. Light spicy wheat bread aroma. Yellow with grey clouds, lowish white head. Yeast foreground on allspice, clove, citrus cough drops, low on fruityness. Medium bready body, mellow mouthfeel. Quick dry finish.

(bottle) Hazy, light-orange colour with a huge foamy white head. Light-sweet, also slightly sourish wheat-malty aroma with notes of cloves, nutmeg and a restrained citrus-fruity touch. Slightly sourish flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Moderate wheat-character with notes of green bananas and phenolic spices. Fairly average Weizen (12.VI.09).

[Bottled at GBBF] Clear golden. Evident papery banana aroma. Sweet with clean mouthfeel. A very straight forward weizen with lifeless, near plastic mouthfeel. The esters are certainly there, but the malt character just isn’t.

Cloudy yellow/golden color, large frothy head. More balanced, german wheat. Spciy hefe, banana, grains. Banana taste, quite sweet. Very decent german hefeweizen.
