A golden beer, a head is white and small. Aroma has maltyness, some grass, pure. Taste has maltyness, some bitterness, hint of sweetness with honey. Medium bodied, slightly harsh. Nothing wrong in this beer, but still even too clean.

16oz can. Filtered orange-tan body. Foamy, frothy, soapy, white head. Sort of a classic factory German Pils. Hop tones are mild. Brewhouse aroma. Clean and well made. Smooth on the palate. Enyoyable.

From Oct 2005

Poured from the bottle, it's a light gold colour with a big head that didn't last very long.

The aroma is a mix of hops and malt and the first sip emphasizes the hops but as I sipped more, the malt made a decent appearance.

All in all, a very serviceable German Pils that I'd enjoy on those hot summer days.
