A 100% non-alcoholic pilsner that undergoes an exceptional brewing process and has an authentic and unmistakable beer flavour. The natural sweetness of the malt beautifully balances the bitter tones of the beer. Bavaria 0.0% Original has a distinct beer flavour: malt and sweet of the various types of malt used. The aroma is slightly hop-like, malty and fruity. The aftertaste is a smooth malty sweetness and pleasant bitterness. Bavaria 0.0% has a strong bite in the aftertaste, without alcohol. Brewed with the best ingredients and natural mineral water from Bavaria’s own spring.

Clear golden wtih a medium white head. Aroma has fresh wort and caramel notes. Sweet flavor with unfermented barley.

33 cl bottle. Labeled as Bavaria 0,0. Gold color with a decent white head. Sweet malt aroma. Make that overcooked malt aroma. This is sweet. There is a slight amount of bitter. So compared to a pilsener this gets zero and pilsener gets ten. Rather nasty finish. Still there is flavor here, and I can imagine preferring it to water once in awhile.

Bottle, 0.0% as Bavaria 0.0. Clear golden colour, very small white head. The flavour is quite sweet and bready, but without the harsh bitterness expected. Hint of metal, dryish finish, but still drinkable.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Quite good looking. Alsa not as good aroma and flavor. Just as other nonalcoholic beers: Light malty bready aroma. Week to no flavor and very watery palate.

33 cL bottle. Pours golden clear yellow with a lacing white head. Mild malty aroma. Flavour is dreadfull, bad hoppy malty flavour in a very unpleasant blend. Sad.

0.25 l bottle. Yellow colored with small head. Really metallic again, but not so felt in the palate. Drinkable, unlike all other NA I have tried. Still a piece of crap.

330 ml can (this dented, rusty, but still within best before date can was the only remaining exemplar found in a small bottle shop at Nungwi Village, Zanzibar – the only place to buy alcoholic beverage outside restaurants in the north coast of the island.) Golden body with a disappearing white head. Aroma is sweet malt and corn. Flavor is sticky, some kind of malty, stale, harsh, metallic, perfumed with a totally lack of hops. Watery, sweet and disgusting. Still a few positive elements for the non alcohol beer lovers - like me.

Can. (as Bavaria Sin - on Tenerife) Clear, golden with a minimal, white head. Malty and very grainy nose, and a weak grainy and sweet flavor. Thin and watery in the mouth. Not much of a beer. (070208)
