On Tap at Dieu Du Ciel!
Nice golden color, loads of carbonation.
Aroma is fruity, peppers, and some slight grasy notes. Flavour is again, quite peppery, and fruity, but the pepper wins out. There is a nice hoppy bitterness in there also. Well balanced beer. Mouthfeel is slightly thin though. This is very much like a Saison i find.

Bottle from Stanislaus Brewskovitch, Zwolle. Bretty, tart and funky aroma with grainy malt, peppery yeast, citrus, wood, bread dough, grass, notes of lemon. Flavour is tart and moderate sour with a light bitterness in the finish. Body is medium. Nicely complex and funky, quite tasty!

Bottle from Wine Reserve, Cobham. Aroma is vinous with sherbert and honey notes. Clear copper gold. Living translucent white head soon thins out. Sour. Tart. Vinous. Citrus. Sherbert. Light. Thin if slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Noice.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clear gold with a half finger of white foam that dissipates quickly. Aromas of green apple, pear and oaky white vinegar on the nose. Palate is similar with more pear and green apple. Tart lemon as it warms up. Tart and dry finish.

Can. Cloudy gold with a dense white head. Aroma is funky and spicy with dough, lemon, lime and a touch of peach bubblegum. Thin. Just a little sour with hay behind the citrus and spices. A little zingy bracken too. Nice but the lack of body signals a lack of presence.
