29/VII/24 - 33cl bottle from De Hopduvel (Gent), shared @ Ardennes Holiday, BB: 21/III/25 (2024-635)
Pretty clear blond orange beer, small creamy and a bit irregular off-white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, lots of tropical fruits, juicy, heavy on the caramel malts, sweet impression, some honey. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: bitter start, a bit sourish, lots of orange peel, funky touch, oxidized, a bit zesty, acidic, grassy hops, nice! Aftertaste: sweet touch, fruity, a bit zesty, dried orange peel, a bitter touch, some hepburn, alcohol, sugary , ok DIPA.

Hazy amber colour, white foam. Fruity nose (peach, papaya, grapefruit). Some cheesy notes, fruity and bitter hoppy finish.

A: clear, slightly hazy golden, stable, foamy, off-white head.
A: ripe peach, melon, lychee, cheese, apricot.
T: sweet peach, apricot, melon, bitter grapefruit, cheese.
F: bitter floral & piney hops, ripe stone fruit, warming gin-like alcohol.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Relatively quiet in aroma for a DIPA, but all in all clean.

Clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of ripe peach and apricot. Taste of ripe yellow stone fruits, apricot, citrus, moderate to long bitter finish.

On tap at the Brugge Beer Festival 2023, Brugge, Belgium. A hazy golden/straw coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, mango, tropical fruit taste/aroma. Very average indeed, expected a lot more from Brambrass.
