750 ml corked & caged clear bottle, vintage 2019, from Vinmonopolet Odda. ABV is 8.5%. Clear and very pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived head. Lovely aroma of Gravenstein and other dessert apple varieties. Medium sweet but still crisp flavour of eating apples. Light bodied and refreshing for its strength. An enjoyable cider!

Tap @ Blåveis. Clear golden body under a thin, fast disappearing white head. Aroma has yellow apple and green apple, some acidity. Taste is sweet and acidic apple, some tannins and slightly grassy. Fine body and refreshing aftertaste. Nice, quiet clean cider.

Very nice and balanced cider Clear golden pour and a short lasting bubbly head Pleasant apple aroma. Ok intensity Mellow sweetness and a mild refreshing acidity Some carbonation, and it makes it feel good Nice apple flavor. Also mild citric. Not much of the typical yeast profile either [Bottle from a trade with ChrisOfstad]

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours a clear straw body, some carbonation going on. The aroma has lots of apple storage, with unripe apples, grass and some ripe apples. It's medium to full bodied, rather sweet, with a pleasant carbonation. Quite sweet flavor with apple juice and some cellar. Grass and some alcohol, especially in the finish. Quite nice this one, although a bit sweet. 201004

Siste dag av Fridtjofens Hardangertokt aug-20, på vei mot Stavanger: en 0,75 flaske (fra produsenten) med den krevende champagnekorken. Klar strågylden med lett perlende munnfølelse. Fruktig, ren og elegant. Lang ettersmak med hint av pære. Smakte like godt på utskjenkingen hos den særdeles hyggelig produsenten øverst i lia. Glem prosecco, cava o.l., Hardangersider ruler big time!

Bottle shared with Holmen1 and JFE on board Fridtjofen 16.08.20. Clear pale straw colour. A little white head and lacing. Pure and refreshing aroma and taste of cider apples, apple zest and a hint of perry. Good and refreshing. Medium carbonatiob.
