IMO this is a witbier. Frothy heads, a bit hazy. Aroma has grape sugar, chalk and citrus. Sweet yeasty herbal flavor, just a bit citric and milky.

Uninteresting blond beer. Quite flat and has the usual sweetness. Good as a beer in between the heavier ones.

Appearance: Hazy dark golden color with a bubbly white head that ends up in a fine white layer on top. It also leaves a fine lacing.
Aroma: A bit sour and fruity.
Palate: Medium body. Slightly sweet, and light bitter. A well integrated sour note. Not disturbing at all. Creamy carbonation. Oily texture.
Taste: Sweet and sour. Mild fruity Feels like raspberry. Also a bit spicy .
Overall impression: A bit disappointing. Although it was easy drinkable. Not very complex.
Location: Bottle from Bert’s Bierhuis in Utrech, Netherlands

75 cl Bottle. Lots of floaties visible in the bottle. Hazy yellow orange colour, thick white head. Flowery aroma of yeast and malts, some hops. Flavour is yeasty and malty, dry. Nice bitterness balancing the malty flavours. Not such a dumb blonde (dom blondje) as they state.

Bottle. Light light unclear light orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, toasted, fruity - peach, light citrus sour, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. (A bit Perry / Cider alike). Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (260308)

Bottle, 6%. Cloudy amber colour. The flavour starts off spicy, and then turns bready. Medium bitterness, pleasant carbonation. A subtle beer, but it goes down well.
