Bottle, 75cl. An almost clear dark golden beer with a small dense white head. The aroma has bread, oat and some dough in the back, with peach, lemon, some gooseberry and a good dash of vinegar. Notes of funk too, leather, barnyard and hay. It's a bit doughy sticky on the palate, vinegary, lightly lemony sourish, with a soft carbonation. Full-bodied. Gooseberry, peach, some lemon and green grapes skin, grass notes, funk and pale malts in the flavor. Some doughy and woody hints. Lasting acidic and fruity finish. Not sure I'm very happy with the mouthfeel of this one, and I find it a bit too much on the vinegar side, but it's sure drinkable and far from bad. 220323
