(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big foamy, minimal of-white head. Sweet and slightly yeasty wheat-malty nose with complex fruit aromas of citrus, banana and peaches, accompanied by light spicy phenols (cloves, vanilla). Light-sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Good wheat-character, slightly yeasty and moderately fruity taste; sweet and slightly sour-fruity finish with light spicy notes. Well-balanced and clean Weizen (10.03.08).

Bottle. Hazy medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, light hoppy and yeasty, banana, sour. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Refreshing and easy to drink. (191007)

Bottled. Hazily yellow with creamy head. Aroma of sweat and banana. Rounded maltiness. Salty and cellary with clean finish. Just odd.
