(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a small creamy white head. Slightly sweet grainy and light herbal hoppy nose with shy notes of honey. Light bitter flavour, light to medium carbonation with a mild, slightly crispy mouthfeel. Soft malty, slightly grainy and chalky taste with moderate herbal hoppy notes; dry and slightly bitter finish with a tinge of metal. Average (18.02.07).

Bottle: Pale golden, clear, visible carbonation, small creamy and stable head; grainy-dusty nose with a tinge of pale sweet malt; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied, soft, smooth MF; dry bitter-sweet finish with a hoppy, but also metallic touch. O.K, not so convincing...........

Draught @ brewery tap, zur Post, Tiefenellern, Germany. Clear medium yellow color with a average, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, hay, light grass, earth. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (191007)
