Can from Home Bargains. Light hazed amber with medium sized white firm top. Aroma of citrus zest, biscuit, slightly fusty. Taste is quite floral, citric orange, grains, fusty. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi-drying. Good.

30/12/2023. Can shared at CLBF. From Home Bargains, Martlesham Heath. Pours clear pale golden orange with a large foamy off-white head. Aroma is citrus, caramel, biscuit, light herb, touch of pine. Moderate sweetness and bitterness, quite chalky. Moderate body, quite fizzy. Fair.

440ml can from Home Bargains, Shrewsbury. Clear gold appearance, medium white head. Moderately hoppy pale with mild hop resin, some floral citrus and malt. Light bitter close. Fine.

440ml can from Home Bargains, Portishead. Golden in colour, with the slightest haze and frothy, white, head. Aroma of pithy citrus hops and ripe pineapple. Flavour had biscuity malts, more ripe fruits and some green herbs, leading to a gently dry finish. Another good Home Bargains' commission.
