(bottle, as Roppelt-Bräu Lagerbier) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly sweet cara-malty aroma with notes of biscuits, backed by herbal and slightly citric hops. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light bodied with a medium carbonation. Slightly cara-malty and buttery taste with herbal accents and subtle fruity notes; moderately dry and bitter hoppy finish. Clean and easy-going, but not that spectacular. 18.IV.11

Herber, angenehm getreidiger Antrunk mit wenig Süße und fast langweiligen Hopfenaromen. Getreidig, sehr mild, süffig. Joah.... 9/7/9/9//9

Gold colour and bright. Herbal aroma with lots of pale malt breadiness. Clean with lots of bread. Off-dry finish, quite enjoyable. Goes down easy.

Draught at the brewpub. Served in a ceramic mug. The flavour is mildly fruity with some malty and bready sweetness. Low to medium bitterness. Very clean.

On tap at the Roppelt-Keller: Small creamy head; grainy-hoppy nose; solid sweetish-bitter flavour, soft MF, low carbonation; soft, lingering malty-hoppy finish. A fine stuff...
