Our Pils, the semi dry beer, traditionally brewed. Golden and clear in appearance, slightly bitter and yet mild in taste, hop-emphasized with a fine semi dry aftertaste.

The bottle looks simple, but good, the beer in the glass also. Starts modest dry, fine hoppy notes, finish is prickly-hoppy. I don’t like dry pilseners but this one is really good!

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a short frothy white head. Slightly sweet malty, grainy aroma with a tinge of honey and herbal hops. Bitter flavour, light to medium body, crispy carbonated mouthfeel. Initially moderately sweet malty with aromatic herbal hops; lasting dry and bitter hoppy finish. Tasty and refreshing classy German Pilsener.

A light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is slightly dusty combined with light notes of honey and hops. The flavor is sweet malty and very hoppy, which gives it a lovely bitter end.

Test vom 16.11.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,7,7,7,6,7 - 6,95

Bottle (Vroni’s Bamberg): Clear golden, mid-sized lacing white head; floral hops in the aroma, also traces of cookies and honey;initial maltiness, quickly giving way to a pronounced hoppy-bitter taste, followed by a long, aromatic and spicy "english" finish; well balanced, the initial maltiness gives a fine contast to the strong hoppiness; well quaffable and moreish !

Grain and a weird fatty aroma. Pale golden, almost no head. Good balance in the flavors. Lightish body, light bitterhop exit.

Bottled. Pale yellow, clear. Papery aroma. Dry and clean with harsh, bitter finish. Unbalanced.
