Bottle. It pours a hazy, orange-golden body under a beige head rapidly diminishing. Banana, some citrus, yeast and cloves on the aroma. A touch of caramel in the background. It’s very effervescent in the mouth, medium bodied, and has flavors of banana, citrus, yeast and some cloves and caramel. Some fine hoppy bitterness lingering. There’s banana, cloves and some caramel and citrus in the finish too. Quite dry, and with a touch of alcohol. Also a little metallic touch. It’s a quite fine weissbier, but a little less gas, and a finer head is wanted. (090109)

50 cL bottle, trade with Maria - a gusher - the bottle I mean. Pours hazy orange with a slowly collapsing white head. Fruity ester aroma, towards orange fruit. Flavour is sweet fruity at first, hold a mild bitterness lurking trough. Turning towards a more dry finish. Bitter into the far finish - light yeasty spiced too.

(bottle) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a big foamy white head. Yeasty, medium-sweet wheat-malty aroma with light fruity notes of banana. Slightly sweet flavour with a shy acidity, light to medium bodied with a moderate, almost crispy carbonation. Wheat-malty taste with notes of banana and a faint touch of citrus; medium-sweet, slightly fruity finish with a bit sharp yeasty bitterness. Still a decent Weizen.

An unclear dark yellow with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with a light banana notes. The flavor is sweet, yet lightly acidic wheaty with notes of citrus and light notes of banana. A very refresing taste - I think it’ll be good on a hot summer day - a lot better than on a chilly November day.

Bottle: Hazy, golden to orangey coloured, smaller creamy lacing head, clumps of yeast visible; sweet nose: (mainly) bananas and lemons, cloves in the backyard; sweetish flavour with a very light fruity acidity, medium bodied, quite creamy mouthfeel; sweet-sourish fruity finish with a faint tartnee in the aftertaste. Well balanced, refreshing Weizen !
